Allen Meadows - Score: 95(2016 January)
An exceptionally fresh, airy, elegant and bright floral-suffused nose features notes of cool blue pinot fruit, red currant, tea hints and a wonderful broad range of spice influences. The latter element carries over to the energetic, precise and beautifully intense medium-bodied flavors that possess a refreshing salinity on the understated, hugely long and impeccably well-balanced finish. As seductively textured as the mid-palate is now the finish makes it quite clear that this highly complex effort will need an ample amount of cellar time.
